Strict Pull Ups (3 x Max Reps)

You may utilize a band or ask a partner to provide assistance.
The goal is to get at least 6 reps each attempt. If you have to utilize a band, use the smallest possible one to achieve your reps.

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

4 x 2min AMRAPs

250m Row

Max Lateral Burpees Over DB
Each round you must first complete the 250m row followed by as many burpees as possible in the remaining time. Score only the burpees per round. Rest 3-4 Minutes between each round, you should be fully rested and ready to put forth max effort in every round.
