12 Toes to Bar

14 Box Jumps(24/20)

16 DB Hang P. Snatches(50/35)

Rest 2 Min Between Rounds
Goal is 4 rounds or more, while sticky to the rest scheme. Scaling options= Hanging knee raises or sit ups, adjust height on box jumps, and scale weight for DBs. RX+ use a 30in box but goal remains the same.
