Today kicks off our recovery week, if you’ve been coming consistently you maybe a little beat up and we need allow you to recover a bit before we re-test our lifts. Some of the workouts and lifts may seem a bit easier this week, they are meant to be.

Warm-up (No Measure)

5 KB/DB Windmill each arm

7 Goblet Pause Squats(2sec)
*use any weight

*focus on movement

Overhead Squat (4×8 Every 90sec with 50% of your 3RM)

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds

500m Row

15 Push Presses(95/65)

Rest 2 Minutes
Score total time.
