Between the push press complet a max effort set of ring rows. Thumbs should touch chest each time, if not it is a no rep.
Metcon (No Measure)
Min. 1) 14 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
Min. 2) 10 Burpee Over Dumbbell
Min. 3) 200m Run
Min. 4) Rest
Dumbbell Snatch should be unbroken. Scale burpees as needed, should be done laterally. 200m run is done before resting minute incase it bleeds over, if it begins to cut way in to the rest scale to a run to the mailbox.
