This one’s tricky weights wise so I’ll make some suggestions so we get the right stimulus.
In my mind this is probably 75/135 for the guys, and 65/105 for the ladies. You should be able to move fast and unbroken for as long as you can.
Count all your rounds and reps, 20 reps = 1 round.
