3 Deadlifts(225/155) then Hold

100 Burpee Box Jumps


3 HSPU then Hand Stand Hold

100 Hang P. Cleans(135/95)


3 Pull Ups then Hanging Hold

100 box step overs(45/25)
The goal is to complete 100 reps of a given exercise as quickly as possible. However, one partner must hold in a given exercise while the other gathers reps. When you switch you must perform 3 reps prior to your hold.
