Thrusters (95/65)

Notes: There will be an athlete at each station, one rest. Partner 1 will run 200 meters, partner 2 will be performing ME K2E, Partner 3 Will be performing ME Thrusters, and Partner 4 will be resting. When partner 1 returns from run, everyone switches to the next station.

Score is total number of reps for K2E and Thrusters. Write down total reps down at each station then total all together for score.
