100 M Tire Flips
Partner A) Every 50 M – perform 20 mountain climbers, 10 jumping squats & 10 tire jumps
Partner B) 7 Power Snatches, 7 Burpees (125/95)
Once Partner A has reached 10 M Partner B may start their 7 Power Snatches & 7 Burpees.
Once Partner B completes burpees, Partner A may start again until they reach the 20 M mark and so on. Partner A must complete 50 meters before partners switch.

Partner C will complete 7 Russian KB (32/24) Swings & 7 H.R. Weighted Push Ups
A will go to C, C will got to B, & B will go to A.
