Embrace the grind. This workout can turn into a disaster very quickly. Pace, know yourself, break things up with intention. If wall balls are always a crumpling point, go lighter and refine your movement, or break up smaller sets and get to know where you need your breaks and whats sustainable. If double unders take your soul from you (hi thats me) do smaller sets that don’t let you overheat.
