On the Minute Complete:
1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
Should be light so you can practice cycling the bar efficiently as fatigue sets in over time. One weight across not increasing load.

40 Double Unders
20 Goblet Squat
10 Burpee Box Jump Over
Aerobic pacing work. Should be a moderately paced flow through the entire 18 minutes.
