10 Dumbbell Bench Press

10 KB Bent Over Rows
Both movements should be done as heavy as possible, but not reaching failure. Tempo negatives for both as well, with a pause at the top and bottom of each. Take a 1:00 rest between each movement.

Every 7 Minutes x 3 Rounds:

Radam Run or 1k Row

15 Box Jump Overs

10 Push Jerks
Time’s gonna be tight on this one, so choose scaling options that allow you to the repeat the efforts with some time to rest. Unbroken on the jerks, whatever height allows you to move fastest over the box.
