Start light and build all the way through. Any Snatch goes, but if you’re a real cool cat you’ll try some squat snatches. Score your heaviest weight.

Min 2) Max Cal Row
Min 3) Rest
Count your reps through the 2 working minutes then write them down somewhere while you rest.
If you don’t push during these minutes you’re not gonna get the stimulus we’re looking for. This should feel awful, apologies in advance.
