Today is about having a gameplan and sticking to it. Know where you’re gonna break, where you’re gonna catch your breath, where you can make up ground. If you want to do the more advanced gymnastic option choose a rep range that makes sense, no lower than 7 reps. Score is time minus the 5 minutes of rest.
