Some Aerobic pacing work. Each AMRAP is long enough to be lungy (not a word), but the volume per round isn’t high so knowing yourself and your red line will be important. Dumbell is very choose your own adventure either pick something you can go unbroken with, or go heavier and work on breaking up the 14 into something manageable. Score is rounds and reps on both.
