Little different feel today. The clocks gonna run and y’all will have some time to work on Ring Muscle Ups. With each movement try a few reps then move on to something else, 4-6 reps will probably be just fine, and sets of :10 for the Ring supports. Move with intention, focus, and have fun!

Scale numbers to something that allows a sustainable amount of work. You should not start with 15 toes to bar and finish with 8 etc.
