A.) 5 x 5 Strict

B.) 5 x 5 Jumping w/ Tempo Neg.

C.) 5 x 5 Banded

Choose the option that allows you to move with the most proficiency across 5 sets. If Strict is too easy add weight as needed. Should not be to failure.

EMOM 16:

1.) 15 Wall Balls

2.) 15 Push Ups

3.) 200m Run

4.) Rest

If the 200m run bleeds over into the minute of rest thats fine it is intentional.
