Handstand EMOM (No Measure)

EMOM 15 (The last minute is rest so I didn’t count it):

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 Rounds Each for Time:

Gym Lap (Full Blast)

10 Unbroken Deadlifts

2min. Rest
Interval Time. Deadlifts around 70-80%. I want these to be FAST, no lollygagging when you get back in from the run, straight to the bar. Due to the nature of the workout there’s going to be drop off round to round but try to keep it as low as possible.
