Every Minute on the Minute perform one Rep until Failure
Notes: Starting at 45/35lbs adding 10lbs every minute. Starting with snatch until failure. As soon as snatch failes, switch to clean. Once clean fails, switch to dead lift.
You may scale by starting at 30/15lbs and adding 5 to 10 lbs each lift, but you must stay with the same numbers for each round.
Record max weight for each lift.
