Low Hang Clean w/ a 5 second eccentric.
Yup more tempo, lots of success last week with a pause on the snatch so we’re gonna try something similar with the clean.
Pull the bar to the hip, take a nice slow lower to about an inch below the knee, then let it rip.

10 Push Jerks
Speed kills today, push the run and get on the bar as fast as you can to give yourself some room to breath.
