1 Heaving Snatch Balance
1 Overhead Squat
Lots of things to work on with this. Focus on aggression while punching the bar out overhead, your footwork during the snatch balance, and your positioning during the overhead squat.
Note it says challenging today not heavy, today is about movement and improving positions for the snatch, try and get as many attempts in as you can to really drill these things home. NO MISSES.
