3) 3 Deadlifts (Climbing)
For the deadlifts, it’s only 3 reps so challenge yourself. They should get a touch heavier each round so make sure you have some weights near by.
Scale to 120 Single Unders or lower the amount of Double Unders if you can’t hit 40 in a minute.
