Score the weight on the bar.
Unbroken for both the C&J and the Goblet Squat. The idea is to gain proficiency cycling a barbell with some tired legs. Choose weights that allow you to do so.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
10 Burpees Over Bar
1 Gym Lap
Somewhere around 50% on the bar, should be able to sustain unbroken sets throughout.
This metcon is about sustaining a comfortable pace for all 20 minutes. Easy out of the gate, ramp up to your working pace and hang out there.
