From the Rig;
1 Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat
Find a heavy complex in 5 sets. Focus on speed under the bar and a strong lockout throughout both movements, while getting comfortable in the receiving position of a snatch.
Min. 1) 15/12 Cal Row
Min. 2) 1 Squat Snatch (Climbing)
Min. 3) Rest
Now that we’ve practiced getting under a bar lets see if we can put it all together. Cal Row should be aggressive to get the heart rate up, and you’ll have 5 opportunities to change weights for your snatch. Score is your heaviest lift.
