On the bar, think slightly heavier maybe 10lbs than what you normally use when BB cycling in a metcon. So say if you usually use 95lbs go 105lbs. This is another “can you stick to the game plan” workout. Use heavier reps/more difficult scaling option and work on how you break things up.
